Body and posture assessment – We usually do a full body assessment to see how your body moves, assess what pain you are in and see if we can recreate that pain.

Your treatment – We use a wide range of gentle manipulations, depending on your age, fitness and diagnosis. Treatment will be different for every patient buy may include different techniques, such as: soft tissue massage and joint articulation. Our findings will be discussed with you and we will agree a treatment plan and provide ongoing recommendations for treatment if required.

After your treatment – You may be given physical exercises to complete following your treatment session. You will also be offered a follow-up appointment if considered necessary.
